Shifts in the spam industry, your cellphone as a corporate bot-- this is very chilling stuff.

Add to that the news that online terrorism is on the rise, and I for one am distinctly uncomfortable.

TechCrunch broke a rumor that Cisco Systems Inc. (Nasdaq: CSCO) has made a bid for Skype Ltd. Never mind that as recently as Friday, neither Cisco nor Skype would discuss the matter.
