It seems to use an algorithm to take into account Anger, Retweet Abuse, Social Apps, and English Misuse, but as the founder of the site fairly says, it's not scientific, or it's not any more scientific than Klout is. To me, this site is silly, but it's no more silly than Klout, and I present it as an example of why we shouldn't value Klout scores either.
