Agreed, Alison.  It's a good picture of the practical value.

I like the reality check that she offers in identifying that it is not as much a new addition as much as connecting the collaborations so that the existing sales force got a better result.

I think that is where the true opportunity are in technology, in optimizing existing workflow and information exchange.
