Great observation, Kim! I'm betting that whoever asked Wales to be a judge is very pleased with him/herself. This gives Wales some recognition as a big shot without having to make him officially a a Hall of Famer.
Recall, though, that if this honor keeps renewing itself annually. Wales will get in eventually.
