I'm a newbie to the IT profession. I've worked for a local ISP as a help desk technician (Thank-you for calling ___________, my name is Caryn how may I help you?) and I am currently the Systems Administrator, help desk tech, network tech, etc. for a marine assistance provider. Before this glorious IT life I worked as an electronic technician for a miltary sub-contractor, and as an electronic tech in the Army.
I like to think that I can make a difference in this world and I have faith that together we can make it a better place.
