In Germany,you have to pay for public bathrooms everywhere- sometimes even at train stations, I am not talking about gas stations and just public bathrooms in the streets- so I guess, for Rayanair it might work here. And yes, I have moved to Germany. For now:)
That's ridiculous. I predict that if they do that there is no going to be any powerful low-fare able to attract passengers. I have never heard anything good from them, other than the low-fares.
I like Norwegian because they have a very good customer service, everything is always fine, and they have the free in-flight WiFi, which I love. They have good prices, too. But well, Norwegians pretty much have good quality services in everything.

Yes, Rayan air, but I don't think that they provide a in-flight free wifi. They are actually discussing now an opportunity to charge for using lavatory during the flights to reduce the cost of the flight,No kidding.
Susan, lost costs are really great here, that's true. Just today I got a return ticket from Germany to Ireland for 50(!) euros - BOTH WAYS! Sounds unbelievable for me.
