The need to protect the brand is something that all luminaries need to remember...if they forget to care for their customers, then all is lost....and I view Apple as being on the edge in that respect......
@pcharles: they did...based on the number reported out that I'd seen. I am keen to see how they manage the latest "rumored" product launches though..including the iphone 5S, the cheaper iphone..etc....
Agreed..but Apple though seems to have regained the "Crown"....it is fascinating to watch and to reflect upon it. :-) I also have fascinated by Alan Reiter's piece on Blackberry--I am counting the days until someone actually takes them over.
My pleasure....What is also quite amazing is how Apple's Bubble being burst is being affirmed by the markets...although their revenue/profits were again @ record level...not good enough--maybe they should adopt the Google Mantra..:-)
