Hmm... What about applications that have all your multiple password stored up in it. Can they be considered safe or is it the worst mistake you'll ever make?
Its like saying I will keep all my Money at one place only!!!

I know having multiple passwords can confuse things for users a bit;but believe me till the day we get fool-proof security with User IDs(or as close to that possible);I would'nt recommend anyone to have only one password for everything.
Personally I would do anything to retrieve a lost account. Making a new account seems like a lot of trouble to me. What is your opinion about a centralized password for all your accounts?
Well, the factor which decides whether to retrieve a password or to open a new account depends on how important the account is. If the account is really important and has links to your credit card and other important data, people actually consider retrieving the password but if it isn't that important, they don't.
