This video has challenged me to check my perceptions against reality always. I had such a different picture of Rwanda that when I heard Steve was exploring use of the Internet there I did a doubletake.
The hope and purpose evident in this film completely revamped my view and updated it. I think it's also more evidence that Africa is becoming an Internet hub of importance, especially relative to the use of mobile access.
