JibJab, of course, is the wellspring of such political satire videos as "This Land," which debuted during the Bush/Kerry campaign of 2004. This particular video went viral, helping JibJab become a successful hub for online entertainment. In addition to political satire, the company produces Sendables eCards. Today we'll talk to Spiridellis about the explosion of political satire online, how JibJab earns an income off of online animation, its struggles with copyright, and how his company built on its viral momentum after 2004.

I've been watching JibJab videos since 2004 and I always get a laugh out of the originals that pop up every year or so. "He's Barack Obama", "2008 Year in Review", and "Time for Some Campaignin'" were equally hilarious!
I still get Obama's line from "Time For Some Campaignin'" stuck in my head:
"Gosh I'm so tired of divisive exchange, and I've got one or two things to say about Change. Like the Change we must Change, to the Change we hold dear. I really like Change... have I made myself clear?" - Obama
