What client data sources can be used in a BAO solution and what are the common IBM component parts that would typically comprise a BAO solution? Netezza, Cognos, Rational? The concept of BAO is easy to have the initial conversation around, but our reps need to know the probable components in order to build a sales team to solve the customers issues.
